Your Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat patients experiencing mobility, strength, balance, and functional impairments.
- Create and implement personalized care plans based on patient needs.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes for every patient.
- Maintain accurate documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
- Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
Qualifications:
- Degree from an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (BS, MS, or DPT).
- Current license as a Physical Therapist in your state of practice.
- Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
- New graduates are welcome! A mentorship program is available.
