Responsibilities:
- Assess and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and daily living skills impairments.
- Develop and execute tailored care plans.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate documentation to meet all regulatory standards.
- Ensure timely updates and compliance with required physician orders.
Desired Qualifications:
- Degree in Occupational Therapy (BS, MS, MA, or OTD) from an accredited AOTA program.
- Certification from NBCOT as an OTR, as required by your state.
- Current Occupational Therapist license in the state of practice.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- New graduates are welcome; mentorship provided!
