Full-Time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Family Practice

Join Our Family Practice Team! We are currently seeking a dedicated Full-Time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to become an integral part of our healthcare family. The ideal candidate will enjoy a supportive work environment while providing exceptional care to our patients.

Work Schedule:

Monday and Thursday: 7:00am-5:00pm
Tuesday and Friday: 7:30am-5:00pm
Off on Wednesday

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality medical care under the supervision of a physician, including conducting thorough examinations and writing prescriptions.
• Collaborate effectively with physicians to manage both acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Obtain comprehensive health histories to assess patient conditions.
• Order and interpret laboratory diagnostic and screening tests to aid in patient care.
• Treat various illnesses, administer injections, and perform minor procedures such as suturing wounds.
• Monitor ongoing therapies and ensure continuity of patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on preventive health measures and wellness strategies.
• Engage in peer reviews, chart audits, staff training, clinical guideline creation, and ongoing professional development.

Compensation: $115,000 - $145,000 Annually
