Position Highlights:

• Competitive salary of $102,500.00
• Exciting $7,000.00 Hiring Bonus Structure:
  • At Hire: $2,100.00
  • At 180 days (6 months): $2,800.00
  • At 12 months: $2,100.00
• Bonus will be pro-rated based on Full Time Equivalency (FTE)

Your Role:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of client needs and create tailored treatment plans.
• Perform intake sessions and develop Integrated Biopsychosocial Assessments.
• Create mental health diagnoses following the current DSM-V standards.
• Utilize therapeutic approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy to provide effective treatment.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans using established screening tools.
• Document all client interactions accurately in the electronic health record (EHR) system.
• Respond effectively to crisis situations and assist clients in accessing acute care services when needed.
• Support clients in reintegrating into community settings after psychiatric hospitalizations.
• Assist clients and families in obtaining necessary resources and document all referrals.
• Collaborate with team members to present mental health recommendations during case reviews.
• Fulfill clinical and administrative responsibilities in line with The Joint Commission (TJC) and Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) standards.

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
• Minimum of two years’ post-graduate experience in treating individuals with mental illness or emotional disturbances.
• Preferred one year of full-time experience in treating children.
• Required licenses include:
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
  • Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW)
  • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification within 45 days of hire.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not mandatory.
