Full-Time Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) - Ozark, AL
Are you a dedicated RN with Medical-Surgical experience seeking a full-time opportunity in a supportive, patient-centered environment? Job Responsibilities:

Deliver compassionate, evidence-based nursing care to patients in a fast-paced med-surg unit
Monitor patient status, administer medications, and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams
Document patient care accurately and timely within the EMR system
Educate patients and families regarding conditions, treatment plans, and post-discharge care
Adhere to hospital protocols, safety standards, and infection control procedures
Participate in unit performance improvement initiatives

Requirements:

Active RN license in the state of Alabama (or compact license)
Minimum 1 year of recent Medical-Surgical nursing experience
Current BLS certification (AHA preferred)
Strong critical thinking and organizational skills
Ability to thrive in a team-based environment
