Connected Health Care is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a small, patient-focused acute care facility near Dothan, Alabama. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced LPN looking to work in a Med/Surg environment and provide high-quality care in a close-knit, supportive healthcare team.
Job Responsibilities:

Provide direct nursing care to patients in the Med/Surg unit
Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure a comprehensive care plan
Administer medications and monitor patient responses
Assist with wound care, IV therapy, and other bedside nursing duties
Document patient information and communicate effectively with physicians and family members
Promote a safe, clean, and compassionate environment for patients
Educate patients and families on post-treatment care
Adhere to all regulatory guidelines and facility policies

Qualifications:

Active LPN license in the state of Alabama
Minimum of 1 year of Med/Surg nursing experience preferred
BLS certification required (ACLS preferred)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work well in a small, team-oriented setting
