We are seeking LPNs/LVNs for both Day and Night shifts, offering 12-hour shifts with competitive hourly rates ranging from $22.50 to $35.00. Our facility, located at 1234 Main St, Jacksonville, ensures you have access to cutting-edge equipment and a nurturing work environment.

Your Role Will Include:

• Providing direct patient care per the personalized care plan and physician orders.
• Monitoring patient behaviors, including vital signs and responses to treatments.
• Collaborating with Registered Nurses to report findings and implement patient care plans.
• Building meaningful relationships with patients by understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs.
• Celebrating patient victories and supporting their journey to recovery.

Qualifications:

• Current LPN/LVN licensure as per state regulations.
• CPR certification required.
• Preferred: One year of experience in an inpatient medical-surgical or general hospital setting.
• Preferred: Experience in rehabilitation.
