Job Description:

Deliver high-quality emergency nursing care to a diverse patient population
Accurately triage and assess patients, prioritizing care based on acuity
Administer medications, monitor patient vitals, and perform essential procedures
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare team
Maintain detailed, accurate, and timely documentation in patient records
Respond quickly to critical situations with confidence and clinical expertise
Educate patients and families on care plans and discharge instructions

Education & Certification Requirements:

Active RN license in the state of Alabama (or compact state eligibility)
Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS (American Heart Association)
Minimum 1 year of emergency department experience preferred
