Your Role as a Cook:
As a cook, you are vital in creating amazing guest experiences by serving high-quality food swiftly. Your responsibilities will include:
- Completing all required training initiatives.
- Delivering friendly, enthusiastic service to every guest.
- Preparing menu items safely, adhering to company standards.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
- Safely using cooking equipment while following safety protocols.
- Managing inventory effectively and assisting with stock deliveries.
- Efficiently packaging orders for guests.
- Adhering to food safety regulations and guidelines at all times.
Job Qualifications:
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Availability to work between 32 to 40 hours per week.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit, stand, and walk continuously.
- Occasional bending, crouching, and climbing using ladders.
- Frequently lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying up to 50 pounds.
- Continuous use of hands and wrists for various tasks.
- Effective communication skills in speech, reading, and writing.
- Ability to observe and react to the environment, ensuring a safe workspace.
- Comfortable working in a temperature-variable environment and around food allergens.
- Safe operation of kitchen equipment, including knives and fryers.
