Job Summary

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at our facility, you'll provide compassionate care to residents in a long-term care setting. You'll assist with daily living activities tailored to our residents' physical and emotional needs, ensuring they maintain dignity and respect.

You will:

• Assist with personal care, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Provide vital sign monitoring and document resident interactions.
• Communicate residents' changing conditions to the nursing staff.
• Encourage participation in wellness and recreational programs.
• Ensure cleanliness and operational functionality of living areas.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred but not mandatory.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• CNA certification required within four months of employment.
• Prior experience in long-term care is a plus.
• Completion of yearly competency and education requirements.
• Must have a valid driver’s license if classified as a Sanford Category II Driver.
