Thriveworks is seeking provisionally licensed individuals pursuing California Licensure as an LCSW to provide a combination of telehealth and in-person sessions. This role offers an enticing $7,500 ramp stipend for clinicians providing 25+ hours of availability weekly.

What We're Looking For
Full-time availability (30 hours/week - 25+ client visits plus 5 hours of administrative duties including supervisory meetings).
Behavioral health generalists who are open to working with couples and children with our support.
Clinicians who value both autonomy and teamwork.
Strong character is essential; we prioritize integrity, openness, and a commitment to quality care.
Must reside within 45 minutes of our office location and be able to work in the office during the probationary period before transitioning to a hybrid model (50% in-office and 50% remote).
Flexibility in your work schedule is important.
Qualifications:
Must live and be pursuing licensure in California.
A graduate of an approved 60-credit hour program.
Must be approved as an ACSW by the board.
Graduate or post-graduate work experience in a counseling setting addressing depression and anxiety is required.
Preferred experience in independently conducting intakes and diagnosing according to DSM-5 under supervision.
Compensation:
Up to $59,200 based on licensure type/level, session volume, and bonus opportunities.
