Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Full-Stack Software Engineer with deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA, particularly within the FI and CO modules. This role involves designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software applications throughout the full software development lifecycle. The ideal candidate will be capable of building both front-end and back-end components, with a strong focus on user-centric solutions and enterprise-grade SAP configurations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with customers to understand use cases, pain points, and requirements, advocating for user-centric software solutions.
2. Design and develop complex software solutions using modern tools, languages, frameworks, and agile methodologies.
3. Assess application requirements and determine appropriate technology stacks, integration methods, and deployment strategies.
4. Create high-level software architecture designs outlining structure, components, and interfaces.
5. Work closely with cross-functional teams including product owners, designers, and architects.
6. Define and implement software testing strategies, policies, and processes aligned with organizational standards and industry best practices.
7. Continuously improve application performance and development efficiency through optimization and adoption of new technologies.
8. Apply programming best practices such as test-driven development, continuous integration, and continuous delivery.
9. Support secure development practices including data encryption and anonymization.
10. Develop user-friendly and interactive interfaces.
11. Build and maintain back-end services including APIs and microservices using server-side languages.
12. Evaluate and incorporate emerging technologies, participating in industry collaborations and innovation initiatives.

SAP-Specific Responsibilities:

• Minimum 7 years of configuration experience in SAP S/4HANA FI and CO modules:
• Required: FI-GL, AP, AR, AA
• Preferred: CO-PC, CO-CCA, CO-ML, CO-PA
• Experience creating use cases, user stories, and functional specifications.
• Collaborate with software engineers (ABAP, PCF, Fiori) and support SAP platform testing.
• Participate in full lifecycle SAP ERP implementations (minimum 7 years).
• Contribute to solution design, unit testing, integration testing, and UAT.

Required Skills:

• SAP S/4HANA (FI/CO)
• Proficiency in at least two programming languages or advanced expertise in one
• Hands-on experience in software development (minimum 6 years in IT, 4 years in development)
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read and debug ABAP code
• Knowledge of integration with other S/4 modules (Purchasing, Sales, Production)
• Experience with SAP development technologies (ABAP, Integration, UI tools)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in Agile product-driven environments

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
• Experience in multi-company code and multi-currency environments
• Familiarity with product-driven agile organizations

Additional Information:

• This role requires 4 days per week in the office
• Additional safety training, licensing, or PPE may be required depending on project needs
