Full-Scope Obstetrics & Gynecology Physician

As a member of the Optum Care Delivery team, you'll play a vital role in our mission to enhance healthcare access and outcomes for everyone.

• Flexible 4-day work week (1.0 FTE)
• Comprehensive, full-scope OB/GYN practice
• Robotic surgery facilities available
• Only three call shifts per month
• Strong collaborative relationships with GYN ONC, URO GYN, MFM, and Infertility specialists in the community
• Teaching opportunities for medical students and residents
• Utilization of EPIC EMR system

Required Qualifications:

• Board Certification or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
• Unrestricted WA State Medical License or the capability to obtain it prior to starting
• Current WA DEA certificate required before employment begins
• Experience with EPIC EMR preferred
• Open to seasoned physicians or anticipated graduates in 2024 and 2025

Salary for this specialty typically ranges from $278,500 to $484,500. Your total cash compensation will include base salary and bonuses, reflecting local labor market conditions, educational background, experience, productivity, and performance. In addition to competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive programs, equity stock purchase options, and 401k contributions (subject to eligibility).
