Sodexo is seeking a Food Operations Manager 2 for Unity Point Health-Trinity Bettendorf located in Bettendorf, IA.

SodexoMagic is the joint venture partnership between NBA Hall of Famer, Earvin "Magic" Johnson, and Sodexo. As a certified minority company, we deliver food, facilities management and integrated services to corporations, healthcare facilities, K-12 schools, colleges and universities and aviation lounges. This strategic alliance between Magic Johnson Enterprises and Sodexo, Inc., enables us to deliver creative solutions to our clients along with our local partners throughout the communities we serve.

What You'll Do

1. Create and deliver innovative and enriching caf experiences for patients, family and staff daily;
2. Have oversight of day-to-day operations;
3. Evaluate and develop service levels for the overall Patient Services Program targeted to exceed patient and customer satisfaction;
4. Oversee Sodexo's Patient Dining Program and daily meal rounding inclusive of service recovery;
5. Collaborate with clinical, food service and interdisciplinary teams to enhance the patient experience;
6. Perform tray assessments to ensure food quality and presentation and tray accuracy;
7. Deliver high quality food service;
8. Manages cash handling protocols & control procedures according to Sodexo policies;
9. Mentor, develop, and retain frontline staff;
10. Develop and maintain client and customer relationships;

• Have a background in food service or culinary management;
• Proven ability to mentor, train, and coach frontline employees;
• Can manage multiple priorities, demonstrate professional communication skills, and a passion for a high level of customer service;

• Have exceptional organization, attention to detail, and a self-starter mindset;
