Hilton Los Angeles Airport is looking for their next Food and Beverage Supervisor. Our property is located off I-405 with SoFi Stadium, the Intuit Dome, and The Forum located three miles away. Manhattan Beach and Santa Monica Pier are within 13 miles. We are looking to add a Bistro attendant to our team!

The Ideal Candidate Will Possess The Following:

• A minimum of 1 year experience in a supervisory position in a full-service restaurant or hotel setting
• Previous experience in customer service (ideally in food and beverage), demonstrating strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Motivated to advance professionally and eager to grow within the company
• Positive attitude with a proactive approach and willingness to learn on the job
• Open availability and the ability to work varied shifts that include nights, weekends and holidays
• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and work well with others in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills to engage customers and colleagues positively

Shift Pattern: Varies

Pay Rate: $26.64

What Will I Be Doing?

As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you would be responsible for assisting management in the direction and administration of a restaurant in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Supervise, support, assign daily work, inform, and train team members in all restaurant activities and operations.
• Monitor, observe, and assist in evaluating team member performance.
• Support and assist team members in handling guest inquiries and requests and in resolving guest complaints.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards.
• Manage and monitor product quality and service and satisfaction trends, evaluate, and address issues and make improvements accordingly.
• Assist in monitoring inventory and inventory control.
