This individual will be primarily focused on Homespun and help oversee Nest on 4, In Room Dining, and Highball. This 976-room milestone property offers guests an elevated experience that redefines Southern Hospitality.

Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of F&B management experience in a hotel setting. Looking for someone that has strong leadership/communication skills and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Shift Pattern: Open availability required. Must be able to work mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

What will I be doing? Directs and organizes the activities of the Food & Beverage departments to maintain the high standards of food and beverage quality, service and marketing to maximize profits through outstanding customer service. Plans and directs the functions of administration and planning of the Food & Beverage department to meet the daily needs of the operation. Implements effective controls of food, beverage and labor costs. Ensures compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards. Helps ensure high standards of food and beverage quality, service and marketing to maximize profits and ensure outstanding customer service. Interviews, trains, supervises, counsels, schedules and evaluates staff.
