Flooring and Tile Installer

RainFire Restoration is looking for experienced flooring installers who know how to get the job done, and in a timely manner. The more efficient and organized, the more financial opportunity is available. Those who work with little supervision, work efficiently, and can think through a project will excel in this position. This position is for a 1099 sub contractor with their own insurance, tools, and vehicle. W2 employee may be considered with the right candidate.
Projects generally include tile, LVP, hardwoods, and carpet installations communicate with office staff and homeowner.

Qualifications:

• Tile installation - 2 years
• Carpet installation - 2 years
• Locking floor installation - 2 years
• Carpet installation
• Current Driver's License and clean driving record
• Excellent communication skills and well organized
• Pass background check
• Work legally in the United States

Requirements:

• Work with project manager to coordinate job scope and completion
• Travel to job sites to assess and complete the job
• Determine proper materials and quantities for repair projects
• Evaluate requests, troubleshoot problems, and provide updates to the project manager
• Take photos & document the job progress on iPad
• Utilize apps to communicate with the team
• If 1099, liability insurance and own tools and vehicle required.

The IICRC is managed by its Board of Directors, which is composed of 15 industry leaders elected by the IICRC's Shareholders. The Board of Directors' function is to represent the various interests of the applicants while leading the direction of the organization. The Board of Directors meets four times per year and is tasked with the responsibility of helping shape future policies of the organization and uphold the standards that help shape the industry.
