Role Overview:

As a Flight Paramedic , you will provide advanced life support and critical care transport in both pre-hospital and interfacility settings. You’ll collaborate with a highly skilled flight team to stabilize and transport critically ill or injured patients while upholding the highest standards of care and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and perform emergency interventions

• Deliver compassionate, high-quality care across all age groups

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

• Participate in ongoing training, simulation, and equipment readiness

• Collaborate effectively with dispatch, healthcare teams, and leadership

• Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and regulatory standards

Required Qualifications:

• Valid California Paramedic Certification (or ability to obtain)

• 3–5 years of experience in EMS or 911 response

• Active BLS, ACLS, PALS/PEPP, and PHTLS/ITLS (NRP preferred)

• FP-C certification or willingness to obtain within 24 months of hire

• Strong communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skills

• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. and meet physical readiness standards

• Must maintain a weight of 235 lbs. or less

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or related field

• Prior flight or critical care transport experience

• Instructor-level certifications (ACLS, PALS, BLS)
