Role Overview:
As a Flight Paramedic , you will provide advanced life support and critical care transport in both pre-hospital and interfacility settings. You'll collaborate with a highly skilled flight team to stabilize and transport critically ill or injured patients while upholding the highest standards of care and safety.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough patient assessments and perform emergency interventions
Deliver compassionate, high-quality care across all age groups
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Participate in ongoing training, simulation, and equipment readiness
Collaborate effectively with dispatch, healthcare teams, and leadership
Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and regulatory standards

Required Qualifications:

Valid California Paramedic Certification (or ability to obtain)
3-5 years of experience in EMS or 911 response
Active BLS, ACLS, PALS/PEPP, and PHTLS/ITLS (NRP preferred)
FP-C certification or willingness to obtain within 24 months of hire
Strong communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skills
Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. and meet physical readiness standards
Must maintain a weight of 235 lbs. or less

Pay Details: $62,621.00 to $89,443.00 per year
