Desktop Support Technician

Automated imaging of PC equipment, installation and removal of PC equipment, inventory and movement of PC equipment. Physical work, WIN7/WIN10, automated SCCM deployment processes. Can lift over 45lb. Candidate must be flexible with work hours, work location and travel schedule.

2 years PC migration/deployment experience. WIN 10, Mobile iOS/Android, automated imaging tools SCCM, data migration, Outlook configuration, IP configuration. Very good communication skills, very good troubleshooting skills, very good organization & time management skills, very good customer service/interaction skills. Physical ability to move heavy equipment to and from deployment sites.

• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

• Mobile iOS/Android Experience
• Maintain established processes that support adherence to TSA, customer, and local airport regulations.
• Ability to work all shifts and all days as assigned.
• Work in the airport terminals & on/around aircraft
• Operate independently and safely with minimal supervision
• Operate company's vehicle safely using defensive driving techniques. Valid Driver's License is required
