Gpac is partnered with a leader in the Ag business is looking to hire a Feed Department Manager to oversee the operation. This position offers a competitive compensation package including a base salary competitive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Leads and directs personnel of Feed Department
• Achieve goals as set by location and company
• Maintain great communication and teamwork among the operation

Requirements

• 2+ years management in Ag business, supply management, or procurement
• Working knowledge of programs in the feed industry
• Must be able to maintain and develop relationships with customers
• Self-motivated, ability to work independently and with a team
• Basic computer skills related to position

Compensation

• Full benefits package including health, PTO, profit sharing up to 16%, & 401K
