We have an opportunity for an Advanced Practice Clinician at our Toppenish Medical-Dental Clinic in Toppenish, WA! This position would specifically provide same-day acute care.

Who we are looking for:

• An Advanced Practice Clinician passionate about community health and family medicine
• A healthcare professional committed to working with underserved patient populations
• An Advanced Practice Clinician interested in same day acute care without holding a patient panel

Position Details:

• Proudly serving a largely migrant and Latino community
• Certified bilingual Medical Assistant dedicated to assisting in translation and patient care
• 1.0 FTE (40 hours a week with 34 hours of clinical and 6 hours of admin time)
• EMR system is EPIC
• Clinic Hours: Monday Friday, 7:30 am 8:00 pm; Saturday, 9:00 am 4:00 pm

Position Highlights:

• Base Compensation: $132k - $144k per year. Additional earnings from productivity and patient satisfaction measures should be expected.
• $15k Hiring Bonus

• 4-week Medical Spanish Immersion Program in Xayla, Guatemala

Qualifications:

To be considered for this position, you must complete a Master's or Doctoral Degree -Nurse Practitioner or Master's Degree - Physician Assistant or Bachelor's Degree in Health Science and a two-year Physician Assistant training program.
