- Provide comprehensive primary care services in a solo provider setting
- Manage a diverse patient population, including non-English speakers
- Deliver consistent, quality care in a rural community health environment
- Utilize Epic for electronic medical records management and patient documentation
- Ensure adherence to all clinic protocols and state healthcare regulations
- Must hold an active Oregon PA license
- Prior experience in rural health settings is highly preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently required
- No pending malpractice issues
