- Maintain a caseload of 25+ weekly sessions (full-time)
- Master's degree in a behavioral health field
- Active Virginia clinical license (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, etc.)
- Experience working with families
- Strong clinical documentation and communication skills
- Comfort working with diverse populations
- Supervision experience
- Bilingual skills or specialized certifications
