This facility is seeking a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant(NP) for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details & requirements for this opportunity:

Schedule: Monday - Friday 40 hours

Patients per day: 16

Practice Setting: Clinic

Scope: Outpatient

State Licensure: Active Wisconsin Medical License, Board Certified, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
