Position Summary:

If you are looking to truly make an impact in an under-served area, this would be a great opportunity. Spanish bilingual candidates are preferred but not required.

Practitioner will interview patients and construct comprehensive medical histories. Provides appropriate patient education by explaining the diagnosis and treatment plan. Instructs patients about health maintenance and preventive care. Provides continuity of care. Directly performs or orders appropriate diagnostic studies and interprets finished results.

Oversees the maintenance of adequate, concise, legible and up-to-date documentation of patient care. Makes note of problem medical, medication and discharge records, drug allergies, lab orders, subjective and objective data, diagnostic procedures, patient education and treatment.

Candidate must be BC/BE, be California licensed or eligible and meet the hospital’s medical staff

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree: Preferred

Required Licenses/Certifications:

• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification: Required
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification: Required
• Nurse Practitioner (NP) licensure in state of practice: Required
• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in state of practice: Required
• OR Physician Assistant (PA) licensure in state of practice: Required

Benefits:

• Wage Scale: $132,384 - $198,577
• Salary based on experience.

About Dinuba:

Dinuba is a small, family-oriented city in Tulare County, nestled in the heart of the Central Valley. With just over 25,000 residents, it offers an affordable cost of living compared to much of California, with modest home prices and short commute times. The community has a strong agricultural base known especially for raisins and other crops and many local jobs are tied to farming, food production, and retail. Summers are hot and dry, while winters are mild, so be prepared for warm weather most of the year. Dinuba has a walkable downtown, local parks, and recreational spots like Ridge Creek Golf Club, and it’s within driving distance of Fresno and the Sierra Nevada for more amenities and outdoor activities. The city has a predominantly Hispanic and bilingual population, giving it a rich cultural feel, and many families find it a welcoming place to raise children thanks to its schools, community events, and neighborhood atmosphere.
