About Global People Health and Wellness Central Fill

The Central Fill team is a critical part of Walmart's Health and Wellness ecosystem, focused on optimizing pharmacy fulfillment and improving patient outcomes. As part of the Global People organization, this team supports operational excellence through strategic talent initiatives, associate engagement, and compliance. The Facility People Partner plays a key role in aligning people strategies with business goals, ensuring our associates thrive in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment.

What You'll Do

• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the facility's growth objectives ensuring our people practices fuel long-term business success
• Collaborate with Senior Facility Leadership to identify and address organizational needs, shape culture, and champion a mindset of continuous improvement ensuring HR remains a key driver of performance and engagement
• Create and execute innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier talent and ensure we have the right people in the right roles for future growth
• Drive organizational change initiatives Lead transformative people initiatives to support scaling operations, enhance efficiency, and cultivate a culture of innovation and adaptability
• Lead innovative development efforts that grow talent, shape leaders and position our workforce for long-term success

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$135,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:

• Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location)
• Stock

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in business or a related field and 2 years' HR Generalist experience (e.g., payroll, workers compensation, benefits) with at least one year supervising, evaluating, mentoring, and developing employees; managing workload; and participating in the hiring and promotion of employees OR 1 year's experience as a Walmart Logistics Human Resources Area Manager or Walmart Human Resources Office Manager supervising, evaluating, mentoring, and developing associates; managing associate workload; and participating in the hiring and promotion of associates, including dealing with employment compensation/payroll processing, employee relations, recruiting/staffing, organizational planning, and/or training and development programs OR 3 years' experience supervising, evaluating, mentoring, and developing employees, managing workload; and participating in the hiring and promotion of employees including one year of experience managing human resource processes (e.g., staffing, payroll, workers compensation, benefits). Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (for example, Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications

Both Bachelor's Degree in a related field (e.g., Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Financial Management, Production/Operations Management, Human Resources); and 3 years experience supervising, evaluating, mentoring, and developing employees, managing workload; and participating in the hiring and promotion of employees., Developing and facilitating training programs experience, Human resources or training professional certifications (e.g., PHR/SPHR, ASTD)., Managing human resource processes (e.g., staffing, payroll, workers compensation, benefits)
