Facilities Maintenance Technician

Location: Phoenix

Pay: $26-$28/Hr

The Facilities Specialist is responsible for performing routine inspections of buildings and facilities to identify maintenance needs and conducting minor plumbing, electrical, and mechanical repairs. This role supports the upkeep and maintenance of the infrastructure of commercial buildings, with a particular focus on assisting with repairs and maintaining accurate maintenance and delivery logs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections of buildings and facilities for maintenance needs.
• Perform minor plumbing, electrical, and mechanical repairs.
• Assist with the upkeep and maintenance of commercial building infrastructure.
• Maintain accurate maintenance and delivery logs.
• Complete incident or repair reports when necessary.
• Manage work orders and documentation efficiently.

Essential Skills

• 4 to 10 years of experience in facilities maintenance.
• Electrical and facilities maintenance/management.
• Experience as a maintenance technician and mechanic.
• Proficiency with commercial buildings.
• Understanding of HVAC operations and pneumatic equipment.
• Proficient in maintenance procedures.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with work orders and documentation.
• Must have knowledge of HVAC operations and exposure to pneumatic systems.

The work schedule is from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday, with a one-hour lunch break.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Phoenix, Arizona.

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $28.00/hr.
