What this job involves
The Facilities Coordinator Team Lead is a leadership position responsible for overseeing facility operations across multiple office locations. This role drives operational excellence by managing a team of Facility Coordinators, ensuring consistent service delivery aligned with IFM COE standards, and serving as a strategic partner in vendor management and work order processes. The position requires a proactive leader who can maintain high-quality facilities services while fostering team development and continuous improvement.
Your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Supervise and mentor Facility Coordinators across multiple office locations, conducting regular check-ins and performance reviews
• Monitor SLAs and KPIs to ensure consistent execution of IFM COE service protocols and maintain high service quality
• Oversee work order lifecycle management using CMMS platforms (Corrigo, FM Systems) and ensure timely resolution of service tickets
• Manage relationships with third-party service providers and contractors, scheduling preventative maintenance and recurring services
• Collect and analyze operational data to support client requirements and identify process improvement opportunities
• Partner with Experience and Workplace teams to elevate employee satisfaction and support strategic initiatives
• Contribute to the development of playbooks, FAQs, and operational frameworks to ensure consistency across the portfolio

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in facilities management, operations, or workplace services
• Proven leadership experience managing distributed teams
• Proficiency in CMMS platforms (Corrigo, FM Systems) and Microsoft Office applications
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Experience in vendor management and service delivery oversight
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and drive results in dynamic environments
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in facilities or operations

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with IFM COE standards and protocols
• Knowledge of preventative maintenance scheduling and facility compliance requirements
• Familiarity with budget management and cost-conscious operational initiatives
• Experience in data analysis and trend identification for operational improvements
• Background in safety and sustainability compliance within facilities management
• Training or mentoring experience in workplace services or operations
• Knowledge of workplace experience programs and employee satisfaction initiatives

Estimated compensation for this position:
90,000.00 - 110,000.00 USD per year
This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
