Sr. Deskside Engineer
Location: Beachwood, OH (Onsite)
Role Description:
Provide on-site technical support to executives and VIPs, addressing their issues promptly and efficiently.
Troubleshoot hardware and software problems, diagnose issues, and implement effective solutions.
Configure, install, and maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and other peripherals.
Set up and manage software applications, ensuring compatibility and proper functionality.
Provide user training and guidance on new technologies and applications. Focus on Microsoft offerings including Office365, Teams, SharePoint, One Drive
Maintain accurate documentation of all support interactions and resolutions.
Anticipate potential issues and proactively take steps to prevent them.
Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff as needed.
Remain up-to-date on the latest technologies and trends in the IT industry.
Always maintain a professional and courteous demeanor.
Skill Proficiency:
PC hardware and software, including Windows, macOS, and mobile operating systems.
