Position Responsibilities
- Support the Branch Manager with various administrative support including reporting, communications and preparing presentations.
- Maintain and update department documentation, invoicing, project tracking and meeting notes.
- Coordinate schedules, department meetings, travel, luncheons and other events.
- Research, collect and organize data to write memos / reports.
- Manage multiple department calendars.
Minimum Requirements
- High school degree or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 5+ years of administrative / clerical experience.
- Experience supporting a high level executive preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
- Extremely organized with strong time-management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.
