Event registration staff

Our client, is seeking event support services to join their team for a 2 day project. You will be part of the operations support team supporting conference logistics and attendee services. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: oct 2025 event

Location: Salt Lake City, UT

Pay Range: $18

Shift: Registration Oct 28th 730 am - 6 pm

Oct 29th 6 am - noon or 6 am to 6 pm

What's the Job?

• Assist with event logistics planning and coordination

• Support registration and attendee check-in processes

• Manage coat and bag check services during the conference

• Supervise team members to ensure smooth event operations

• Address attendee inquiries and provide excellent customer service

What's Needed?

• Previous experience in event support or customer service preferred

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Availability to work scheduled hours during the event dates
