Location: Philadelphia, PA

We are excited to announce an opening for an Event Medical Supply Coordinator who will play a crucial role in ensuring our medical equipment and supplies are ready for action during events. Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee supply chain operations, including the shipping, receiving, and inventory management of medical supplies.
• Track shipments to ensure timely delivery and maintain accurate inventory records using logistics software.
• Manage and organize storage areas for equipment, ensuring efficient inventory levels of medical devices and specialty items.
• Monitor resources assigned to fixed venues and temporary events, adeptly juggling multiple event resource requests.
• Schedule routine maintenance for durable equipment and report any breakdowns or damages to your supervisor.
• Respond to inquiries from various departments regarding equipment availability and perform additional duties as assigned.

Minimum Required Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old; prior experience in medical or event settings is preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Medical background, such as a Pennsylvania EMT Certificate or higher, is preferred.
• A valid CPR Card is necessary.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Smartsheets is advantageous.
• Ability to work effectively under time constraints with excellent communication skills.
• A valid State Driver’s License is required.
• Flexibility to work during days, nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed.
• Must be able to lift over 75 lbs. with assistance.
