Schedule: Wednesdays, Saturdays, Sundays | 4:00 PM 8:00 PM

Care Needs:

Standby/guided transfers
Meal preparation
Bathing assistance
Light housekeeping
Evening medication reminders
Skin monitoring

Client Environment:

Lives independently
Uses a wheelchair but navigates well
Diabetic with a prosthetic leg and partial foot amputation
Friendly and cooperative

Transportation Required: Occasionally
