ERP Analyst III
The ERP Analyst III designs, develops, tests, and maintains ERP systems -primarily Syteline- while supporting multiple operational sites. This role collaborates with business users, vendors, and IT teams to translate requirements into technical solutions, resolve system issues, and improve efficiency. As a senior team member, the analyst also mentors junior staff and drives continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead ERP system design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Translate business needs into functional/technical specs and test plans.
- Configure, customize, and integrate ERP systems; manage data migration.
- Provide user training, support, and documentation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve ERP issues; escalate as needed.
- Ensure compliance with system standards and best practices.
- Research and recommend ERP enhancements.
- Support multiple sites and identify process improvement opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years of ERP experience, preferably with Syteline.
- Strong knowledge of ERP architecture, modules, and integration.
- Experience with configuration, customization, reporting, and data migration.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
- ERP certification is a plus.

Pay Details: $105,000.00 to $130,000.00 per year
