Erosion Technician

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Laborer to join our team on a commercial construction site. This role is essential to maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work environment. The ideal candidate will assist with site clean-up, general conditions work, and material handling to support various phases of construction.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily site clean-up including debris removal, sweeping, and organizing materials.
• Assist with general conditions tasks such as setting up temporary fencing, signage, and safety barriers.
• Load, unload, and transport construction materials and equipment across the site.
• Support tradespeople and site supervisors with basic labor tasks as needed.
• Operate hand tools and small equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow all safety protocols and promptly report hazards or incidents.
• Maintain a professional and respectful demeanor on site.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Previous experience in construction or general labor preferred but not required
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying weather conditions
• Strong work ethic and punctuality
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• OSHA 10 certification is a plus

Work Environment

Work will be conducted on commercial construction sites, with locations ranging from Easton to Springfield, PA; Wilmington, DE, and NJ. Must have reliable transportation. Standard working hours are 6am-2:30pm, Monday through Friday.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Malvern, Pennsylvania.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $24.00/hr.
