Join our innovative team as an Entry-Level Controls Technician! In this role, you will be an integral part of the CEG Controls Team, providing essential electrical controls and programming support to enhance our manufacturing operations across the Marvin family of brands. Collaborate closely with colleagues in manufacturing, maintenance, engineering, and facility management to design, implement, and advance manufacturing automation technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with PLC programming to optimize operational sequences for advanced manufacturing equipment.
- Provide technical support for electrical controls and related programming technologies.
- Maintain an updated list of control components and mitigate risks associated with obsolete parts.
- Assemble electrical control panels following detailed schematics, control diagrams, and industry standards.
- Deliver project assignments on schedule while ensuring quality outcomes.
- Support project completion, working independently or collaboratively as part of a team.
- Apply strong communication and problem-solving skills to effectively support the controls team.
If you have:
- A field-related 2-year degree
- Knowledge of programming languages such as ladder logic and function block
- The ability to read and interpret electrical control schematics and documentation
- Experience using electrical test instruments
- A commitment to continuous learning and staying updated in the industry
