Responsibilities :
- Work with Tax business teams and KPMG clients to identify and analyze business problems, provide technical feasibility estimates and develop innovative approaches
- Solve mission critical business problems working alongside our top technology teams as well as the most complex technical challenges in the areas including but not limited to Cloud Computing, Web-Development, Intelligent Automation, Data Engineering, Analytics
- Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain software solutions starting with broadly defined problems
- Learn and acquire new skill set(s) as needed to create business solutions and keep abreast of latest tech trends
- Manage individual project priorities, deadlines and deliverables within a collaborative environment while supporting the business and a variety of member firm clients within multiple industries
- Must be pursuing and have obtained by the start date or have completed the following degrees/majors in the past 12 months: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Math, Statistics or equivalent program from an accredited college/university
- Preferred GPA of 3.0 or above
- Coursework and/or basic programming knowledge in .Net, C#, Python, Angular, TypeScript and/or JavaScript and/or Node JS is required; Knowledge of T-SQL and understanding of relational database concepts is preferred
- Fundamentalknowledge and exposure toof one or more digital technologies such as CloudComputing (Azure, GCP, AWS), Transformer architecture & LLM orchestrationframeworks, Front end development with modern JavaScript frameworks, dataprocessing and reporting with tools such as Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, PowerBI, Tableau, etc.preferred
- Demonstrated quality service mindset; strong technical aptitude, critical thinking, quantitative skills and problem-solving skills and ability to navigate MS Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook
- Excellent communication, time management and leadership skills; flexible and adaptable team player; and resourceful in delivering high quality work
- Must reside within a reasonably commutable distance to the office for this position and be able to travel to reasonably commutable work locations using own means of transportation, such as a personal vehicle or public transportation
- Ability to travel and/or work on-site at client premises as needed, at times with relatively short notice
