Our Medicaid accredited centers offer comprehensive healthcare services, including treatment for injuries and illnesses, occupational health, and wellness care, open seven days a week.

JOB SUMMARY:
As a Medical Assistant, you will provide essential clinical care to our patients, ensuring their comfort and safety. This role typically includes working a rotating schedule of 36-40 hours per week, encompassing 12-hour weekday shifts and every other weekend. PRN staff will be scheduled as necessary.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The following duties and responsibilities are integral to this position:
- Warmly greet patients upon arrival and guide them through the process.
- Maintain open communication with patients regarding wait times and next steps.
- Address patient concerns and identify when to seek assistance in emergency situations.
- Make timely follow-up calls to patients.
- Support front desk operations with patient check-in and check-out as needed.
- Accurately obtain and document vital signs, health histories, medications, and allergies.
- Assist with patient transfers and procedures under provider supervision.
- Complete required documentation associated with patient visits.
QUALIFICATIONS:
To be considered for this role, you must possess:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Medical Assistant Certificate or relevant experience
- A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Medical Assistant is preferred
- BLS Certification
