About the role: This is a great opportunity to join the Urology Marketing Team within our Endourology Franchise, spread across our Stone, Prostate, and Laser Therapies products. This Product Manager will support an Endourology product line and/or key marketing projects. They will play a key role in executing the commercial strategy based on their knowledge of the market, competition and clinical trends.
This person will have the ability to execute at a high level and possess strong analytical skills with a high level of business acumen. This person will collaborate with the broader Urology Product Management Team on key projects and best-practice learning and sharing. This individual will have experience working cross-functionally, partnering with the Sales team, and have the ability to manage and develop physician partnerships.
At Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. This role follows a hybrid work model requiring employees to be in our local office at least three days per week.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Utilize customer segmentation and product-positioning models to formulate and deliver effective messaging to our Sales Teams and our customers. Ensure proper channel management for messaging, to include digital marketing campaigns. Support key opinion leader relationships.
- Help develop, execute, and maintain business plans to ensure accurate planning and address changing needs.
- Develop and leverage key cross-functional and Field Sales relationships.
- Provide logistical and in-person support for customer engagements, medical education events, and key industry trade shows.
- Execute franchise efforts to maximize the effectiveness of commercial marketing and sales resources.
- Support the identification of new markets and the definition of these opportunities.
- Assist in identifying new products and contribute to formulating new product proposals, tactics and messaging within own portfolio, and contribute to identifying and addressing competitive challenges.
- Appropriately utilize BSC systems and processes to execute product development and management.
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of successful medical device or related business experience; pharmaceutical, healthcare, advertising agency
- Marketing or sales experience
- Travel up to 25%
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Healthcare/Biomedical, or Science
- Advanced degree (Masters, preferably MBA)
- Single-Use-Device and/or Capital Marketing experience
- Commercial/Downstream Marketing experience
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment and partner with internal/external stakeholders
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills with an emphasis on data-driven decision making
The anticipated compensation listed above will vary based on actual location of the position and other pertinent factors considered in determining actual compensation for the role. Compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, among other relevant business or organizational needs. At BSC, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the anticipated salary range listed above.
Compensation for non-exempt (hourly), non-sales roles may also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
