Location: Santa Ana, CA Schedule: MondayThursday, 5:00 AM3:30 PM (4/10 schedule) Pay Rate: $20$30/hr (based on experience) Duration: 90 days (with potential for extension)

What You'll Do

• Assemble electro-mechanical components and final products using BOMs, drawings, and work instructions
• Perform soldering, wiring, mechanical fastening, and adhesive application
• Route and secure cables and wiring within enclosures
• Troubleshoot and rework assemblies to meet IPC and company standards
• Inspect assemblies for accuracy and compliance
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow ESD and safety protocols
• Collaborate with team members and support production goals
• Work in accordance with AS9100 and company quality systems

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 12 years of experience in electro-mechanical or electronic assembly (aerospace/defense preferred)
• Soldering experience required; IPC-A-610 and/or J-STD-001 certification preferred
• Ability to read BOMs, wiring diagrams, and mechanical drawings
• Skilled with hand tools, power tools, and precision instruments
• Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills
• U.S. citizenship required due to export compliance regulations

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
• Manual dexterity for fine assembly tasks
• Lift up to 25 pounds
• Use magnification tools and precision instruments
