Electrical Buyer and PM

Vaco is seeking a Buyer for an opportunity in Germantown, WI. This full-time role is ideal for someone with a Bachelor's degree who is experienced in sourcing, procurement, and project coordination within a technical or construction-related environment.
What you'll do:

• Source and procure specialized materials and components, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness
  
• Negotiate with vendors and manage supplier relationships
  
• Oversee inventory levels to balance project timelines and cost controls
  
• Create and track purchase orders in alignment with project requirements and budgets
  
• Coordinate closely with internal teams and external partners to support on-time project delivery
  
• Evaluate supplier performance and collaborate with quality teams to maintain standards
  
• Support project planning by aligning material availability with key milestones

What you'll bring:

• Bachelor's degree required
  
• Strong negotiation, organizational, and communication skills
  
• Experience working under tight deadlines and managing multiple projects
  
• Familiarity with relevant software tools (ERP or purchasing systems, Microsoft Office Suite; prior exposure to tools like QuickBooks Enterprise or order tracking software is helpful)
