Pay Rate:
$23 - $28 per hour
Full Description:
LHH is currently recruiting for an EDI Analyst to support a project, for up to one year. This is an excellent opportunity for someone to grow their career who is familiar with EDI (electronic data interchange) or portals, but may have more of an entry-level accounting or financial analysis background. This is an onsite, contract opportunity supporting a large retail operations team.

Position Summary:
• Certify and process EDI 810 invoice files from vendors
• Communicate with vendors to coordinate test files and resolve issues
• Transform data from various formats (PDF, Excel) for system ingestion
• Liaise between IT and accounting teams for file transfer setup and troubleshooting
• Analyze data and follow established processes
• Ensure files move through the accounting system correctly
• Provide customer service to vendors and internal teams
• Use internal translation tools for EDI files
• Troubleshoot and resolve data or process issues
• Support ongoing process improvements and vendor migrations
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Basic EDI knowledge (especially EDI 810)
• Strong Excel skills (formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP; Power Query/macros a plus but not required)
• Data analysis and process orientation
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work onsite, follow processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities

$23 to $28 per hour
