What You'll Do:

Deliver high-quality emergency and medical-surgical care to diverse patient populations.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment.
Manage a patient-to-nurse ratio of 4:1, ensuring each patient receives attentive and personalized care.
Adhere to hospital protocols and maintain compliance with all safety standards.

Required Skills:

Michigan RN or Compact State License
BLS, ACLS, TNCC certifications
At least 1 year of experience in Med-Surg and Emergency Department settings
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities
Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Nice to Have Skills:

Experience working with CPSI/Evident EMR systems
Ability to adapt to flexible scheduling and on-call duties
Previous bedside experience in fast-paced healthcare environments

Preferred Education and Experience:

Valid RN license in Michigan or a compact state
Minimum of one year of recent Med-Surg and ER experience
Proven ability to work effectively under pressure and multi-task

Other Requirements:

Availability for night shifts from 4:00 PM to 4:30 AM
Participation in every other 3rd weekend and holiday rotations
Willingness to perform on-call and callback responsibilities
