Your Role:

The Echo-Vascular Imaging Technician will be responsible for:

• Preparing and positioning patients for a variety of diagnostic imaging procedures.
• Explaining procedures clearly to patients to ensure their comfort and cooperation.
• Operating imaging equipment and adjusting settings based on patient needs and examination requirements.
• Implementing radiation protection techniques to safeguard patients and staff.
• Performing Transthoracic Echocardiographic examinations and detailed vascular studies, including carotid, lower extremity arterial, and other vascular assessments.
• Conducting qualitative and quantitative analyses of the data collected and generating preliminary reports for the radiologists.

Who You Are:

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Ultrasound program.
• Current RDCS/RCS certification.
• A valid license or temporary permit to practice in New Jersey.
• A minimum of 1 year of ultrasound experience.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and travel between office locations as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

• RVS/RVT certifications.

Physical Requirements:

• Must possess the physical health necessary to meet the ergonomic demands of the position.
