Individuals living within 30 minutes of Minnetonka, MN and Washington, DC office will be required to work in a hybrid work setting. 4 days in office and 1 day remote.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Present clinical findings and literature before National Pharmacy & Therapeutics (P&T) committee
- Oversee pharmacy projects from inception to completion
- Provide responses to drug information requests
- Identify solutions to non-standard requests and problems
- Act as a knowledge resource for others with less experience
- Broad-based and comprehensive knowledge is critical to success in this role. You'll need to be comfortable making recommendations on behalf of a highly diverse patient population. In addition, you'll need to be well-versed in product formularies.

Required Qualifications:
- Current and unrestricted pharmacist licensure
- 3+ years of experience working as a clinical pharmacist or 1+ years in a Pharmacy Residency Program with managed care and/or drug information experiences
- Experience assessing and critically appraising clinical trials, evaluating comparative effectiveness evidence
- Computer proficiency at the intermediate level and experience with MS Office (specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Willing or the ability to travel up to 10%
Preferred Qualifications:
- Successful completion of a Pharmacy Residency program
- Additional certifications in any areas of specialty (e.g., pharmacotherapy, oncology, cardiology, ambulatory care, HIV, pain management, psychiatry, multiple sclerosis)
- Experience working on or with a Pharmacy & Therapeutics (P&T) committee
- Experience writing and presenting monographs and class reviews
- Experience working within a PBM or Managed Care
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $89,900 to $160,600 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
