District Staffing Coordinator

Your Daily Responsibilities:

• Engage and recruit Tax Associate candidates from the application phase through their registration and start date.
• Implement recruiting calling campaigns directed at both new and experienced tax professionals.
• Coordinate and facilitate interviews for Receptionists and Associate Team Leaders.
• Assist tax office associates in meeting their continuing education requirements and advancing their certification levels (including Small Business certifications) and Client Care training.
• Organize and prepare for virtual or in-person tax office open houses.
• Support the execution of Ready to Serve initiatives.

Your Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a retail supervisor or in a similar role.
• Background in recruiting and talent acquisition.
• Exceptional communication and organizational abilities.
• Leadership and influencing skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and quick to learn new software applications.
• A passion for helping others advance in their careers at H&R Block.

Preferred Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in a related field, or a high school diploma combined with relevant experience.
• Two years of experience managing multiple retail locations.
• Previous experience in an office management position.
