District Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to step into a leadership role within a growing organization. We are seeking a strategic and growth-minded District Manager to oversee operations across multiple business functions, including warehousing, sales, and distribution. This role is ideal for a results-driven leader who thrives in dynamic environments and is passionate about operational excellence and team development.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with company standards for food quality, merchandising, and asset management

Lead district operations in alignment with company policies and the Vice President's strategic direction

Conduct operational audits and implement improvements to enhance financial performance and productivity

Develop accurate forecasts at both unit and district levels to support strategic planning

Drive favorable financial outcomes aligned with company and client budgets

Ensure consistent execution of company brands, programs, services, and strategic initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of experience managing P&L in food service operations

ServSafe certification and working knowledge of HACCP standards

Strong financial acumen with the ability to interpret and act on financial data

Experience in menu development and operational planning

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Strong negotiation and leadership skills
