We're looking for a highly organized, customer-focused Dispatcher to join our fast-growing team! In this role, you'll be the heartbeat of our operationscoordinating service technicians, managing schedules, and ensuring our clients receive top-tier service.

What You'll Do

• Schedule and dispatch service technicians based on client needs and priority levels
• Monitor service calls and technician availability in real time
• Communicate with clients to confirm appointments and provide timely updates
• Track and maintain accurate records of service calls and technician assignments
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize scheduling and resource allocation
• Resolve scheduling conflicts and provide administrative support as needed
• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule (45 times/year) with stipend compensation

What You Bring

• 2+ years in dispatching, project coordination, account management, or facilities coordination
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Experience managing high-volume inboxes or work order systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling tools

The pay range for this position is $55000.00 - $60000.00/yr.

This is a fully onsite position in Plymouth, MN.
