Director of NICU-Day Shift

This opportunity is full-time at 40 hours per week with a flex schedule available, offers full benefits and a convenient day shift schedule. Wellington Regional Medical Center is located in Wellington, Florida. It is a 235-bed, acute care hospital, owned by a subsidiary of Universal Health Services, Inc., a highly respected healthcare management organization.

Qualifications

Director of NICU Job Requirements:

• Current registered nurse's license in the State of Florida
• Current American Heart Association BLS
• Current NRP Certification and STABLE
• National certification in specialty area preferred
• 5-7 years clinical nursing experience
• Minimum 5 years progressive nursing management experience
• BS or BSN required; MS or MSN preferred
• Basic computer skills

Assumes responsibility and accountability for the 24 hour management of the Level III NICU to ensure the facility meets the established standard of care.
